Andrea Jennings,
President and CEO

In February 2009, Andrea Jennings was named as Lucas Group’s second President & CEO. In this role, she is responsible for strategic planning to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth of the organization.

Prior to this role, Jennings served as Lucas Group’s Vice President & General Manager of the Accounting & Finance and Legal divisions. Throughout her service and tenure, Jennings has been an integral part of the expansion of Lucas Group opening several branches in major markets, leading teams responsible for acquisitions and managing key strategic partnerships with clients.

Jennings is a well-rounded executive search professional known throughout the industry for her knowledge in all facets of the recruiting process. She has been widely published on career services, interviewing and executive recruitment.
Bob Prather,
CFO

Bob Prather joined Lucas Group in July 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he provides both operational and programmatic support to the Company.

Prather is responsible for the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization and supervising the finance unit. He directly assists the CEO on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and strategic direction.

Prior to joining Lucas Group, Prather served as a Division CFO for United Industries, a wholly owned subsidiary of Spectrum Brands and as CFO of Chemtura Corporation.

Prather received his Masters of Accountancy and BBA, Accounting and Information Technology from Stetson University.
Kelly Stewart,
Vice President, Human Resources

Kelly Stewart joined the Lucas Group in September 2007 where she serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at the Corporate Headquarters located in Atlanta, Georgia. Her responsibilities include providing strategic HR leadership, oversight of the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs and services including retention, legal compliance, employee benefits, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, compensation, training, corporate recruiting and performance management for more than 425 employees nationwide.

Stewart joined the Lucas Group after serving as Manager, Human Resources of EMS Technologies, Inc., a leading innovator in the design and manufacture of wireless, satellite and defense solutions.

Prior to joining the Lucas Group, Stewart amassed more than 15 years of human resources management in both the government and business sectors.

Stewart received her Master’s degree from Georgia Tech, Bachelor’s degree from Brenau University and Associate’s degree from Gainesville College. She is also an alumnus of the Georgia 100® program.
Samantha Bontrager,
Director of Marketing

Samantha Bontrager joined the Lucas Group in November 2007 as the Marketing Director at Corporate Headquarters located in Atlanta, Georgia. Her responsibilities include developing annual marketing plans, building strategic alliances, implementing marketing policies and long term plans. Her department leverages their branding and public relations while carrying out all marketing activities thru penetrating the market and driving sales for the more than 400 recruiters internationally.

Samantha came from Aaron’s Corporate Furnishings, the nation’s leading residential and office furnishings company, where she served as the Marketing Manager for 60+ locations throughout the United States. She has over 15 years of experience working within corporate marketing in both the retail and services industries. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Bradley University with a double major in Marketing/Advertising and Graphic Design.
Peter Yund,
Director of IT and Telecom

Peter Yund is the Director of IT & Telecom and has been with Lucas Group for ten years.

Peter oversees planning and operations for the company's information systems and telecommunications platform. His department helps recruiters leverage technology so they can service their clients and candidates in a 24x7 world. He implemented the Citrix remote access platform that extends recruiting software tools to any Internet connection around the world.

Prior to joining Lucas Group, Peter co-founded Atlanta Technical Support, a technical staffing firm, where he was instrumental in establishing desktop technology solutions for recruiters. He has a Bachelors degree in Physics/Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree from Georgia Tech.
