Hundreds of candidates are pre-screened with 60-90 hand-selected to attend each conference. This pool of candidates is a combination of strong leaders, engineers, technicians, logisticians, maintenance managers and others. What is an NCO?
NCO = Non-Commissioned Officer.
An NCO, is an enlisted member of one of the armed forces. The NCO corps includes all the grades of sergeant and, in some militaries, corporals and warrant officers. The naval equivalent includes some or all grades of petty officer.What is the advantage of hiring an NCO?

All of them have a BA or BS degree, including graduates of ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corps) programs at Universities and graduates of the military academies at West Point (USMA), Annapolis (USNA), Colorado Springs (USAFA) and New London, CT (USCGA).

All of them have a BA or BS degree, including graduates of ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corps) programs at Universities and graduates of the military academies at West Point (USMA), Annapolis (USNA), Colorado Springs (USAFA) and New London, CT (USCGA). Most of them also have graduate-level degrees.
