Evaluation
• Our team of candidate recruiters is
  composed of military veterans who know
  how to evaluate candidates based upon
  their academic performance and their
  military careers.

• We review academic transcripts, military
  evaluations and military career path to
  ensure that we get an accurate picture of
  the candidate

• We review each candidate's personal
  career parameters and coach them
  throughout the transition process.

• Before a candidate is selected, we
  ensure that the candidate is qualified
  and interested in the corporate career
  opportunity.

Selection
• With the Corporate Client's tangible and
  intangible criteria in mind, we begin the
  search.

• Once a "Qualified" candidate is
  identified, we confirm that the candidate
  is interested based upon the parameters
  they have given us.

• We present the opportunity to the
  candidates that we have selected to
  reconfirm interest.

& Initial Interview

• Confirmation of individual interview.

Hiring Conference
• Candidate Briefing: Candidates are
  provided with additional information on
  the corporation and the opportunity to
  ensure that the interviews are productive
  events.

• 8-12 face-to-face interviews take place at
  a designated suite hotel.

• Corporate clients provide their Lucas
  Group Rep with feedback on the
  candidates at the end of the interview
  day.

• Candidates provide their Lucas Group
  Rep with Feedback at the end of the
  interview day.

Individual
Interviews
• Candidate Briefing: Candidates are
  provided with additional information on
  the corporation and the opportunity to
  ensure that the interviews are productive
  events.

• 1-3 candidates interview via phone or
  in-person (if local).

• Candidates contact their Lucas Group
  Rep with interview feedback.

• Corporate clients provide their Lucas
  Group Rep with feedback on the
  candidates once all candidates have
  completed their interviews.
Follow-Up &
Final Interviews
• Based on mutual interest, candidates
  are selected for follow-up interviews at
  the corporate client site.

• Confirmation if individual final
  interview(s)

• Candidate Briefing: Candidates are
  provided with additional information on
  the corporation and the opportunity to
  ensure that the interview is a productive
  event.

• Corporate Clients are back-briefed on
  candidate "hot-buttons" and the
  competitive landscape for each
  candidate.
Final Feedback &
Offer Stage
• We provide complete transparency
  throughout the process...you will know
  everything that we know.

• Feedback from final interview is obtained
  from Corporate Client and Candidate.

• Lucas Rep strategizes with Corporate
  Client regarding which candidate(s) to
  pursue, the competitive environment, the
  salary expectations of the Candidate,
  and the appropriate decision timeframe
  to set.
